Diary Entry: The Red Onion Marker Saga, Grocery Store Edition
Dear Diary,
Today, I was ambushed—by an actual red onion. There it sat in the produce aisle, smug and unbothered, its deep purples mocking my very existence. How dare it look nothing like the Ohuhu Red Onion marker?
As I stared, I could hear the marker’s taunting voice in my head: “You thought I’d actually match? Silly artist.” My cart sat abandoned as I grappled with the betrayal of both vegetable and ink.
I left without the onion. I couldn’t face it—or its marker counterpart. This war is no longer confined to the art desk. It’s everywhere. One day, Red Onion, one day.
